Isaiah & Taylor
When I reached out to Isaiah and Taylor about being my subjects for a session entirely lit by moonlight, they were completely up for it even though it was a bit of a weird idea. There was really no guarantee that I would get any usable shots if the clouds didn’t cooperate, but they came out to Joshua Tree to meet me for my little experiment. We met up at sunset, hung out in our van making coffee and talking about the universe, and waited for the moon to rise. We started shooting around 11PM and it was kinda magical. These shots are way different than anything I’ve done before, but I really love how they turned out!
